Waist of money and time!
Nothing
First off, to find the place was a hassle! When I called to asked for directions they didn’t speak English and all they kept repeating was: “you want to cancel?” And it was passed the check in time so I knew I was going to get charged. Then, when I got to the room the whirlpool was not working and when I asked none of the whirlpools at the hotel worked. Paid too much and didn’t enjoyed it!!

A good location for finding your way in Seoul (with added incentive to get out of the hotel)
It is in a good location with access to public rail, subway, and bus services. There are some affordable restaurants nearby, and a few places to enjoy a drink afterwards. Moreover, there are coffee shops and shops within walking distance.
The hotel states rooms have "jet baths." However, the jet bath in our room didn't work. When we asked reception why, they said that in all of the hotel rooms' jet baths don't work. The rooms were adequate, but considering the price, they were beginning to look unkempt.

9 years ago I stayed at the Elle Inn and I loved it. Now its so run down Ill never stay there again.
Staff we kind of friendly, the Toilet was nice clean and warm and the beds were always freshly made every day with new sheets. The complimentary drinks and water were nice. And fresh towels were a bonus.
I hated the disgusting mould on the bottom of the bathroom slippers and the cracks on the floor had mould in them. The Spa bath don't work in the whole hotel because of "electrical issues". It was so run down Even my computer speakers did not work.
